Nestled along the scenic St. Croix River, North Hudson, Wisconsin, boasts a rich tapestry of history and culture. Originally settled in the mid-19th century, North Hudson grew alongside the river, becoming a hub of commerce and community.

One of the town's most iconic landmarks is the historic North Hudson Pepper Fest, where locals and visitors gather each summer for a 3-day event to celebrate our town's agricultural heritage. This festival, dating back to the early 1950s, honors our community’s Italian heritage with homemade Italian food, a beer garden, live entertainment, a parade, and plenty of family fun.

For history enthusiasts, a visit to the Octagon House Museum offers a glimpse into North Hudson's past. Built in 1855, this unique octagonal-shaped home showcases original furnishings and artifacts, providing insight into the daily lives of early settlers here.
